Otto J. Konrad (Ballroom) Otto has been a ballroom dance instructor for forty years and has taught in studios throughout Chicago and the suburbs. He trained with the Fred Astaire and Arthur Murray Dance Studios mastering the advanced levels of ballroom dance offered by their studios for both smooth and Latin dances. He has performed ballroom and theater arts routines both locally and nationally.
