Yoga How closely have you paid attention to your personal dance? What is happening inside a dancer when dancing? We all dance. Our movement is dance. Movement of our bodies, thoughts and feelings. Yoga is an experience giving us the opportunity to become more aware of who we are and how we move within ourselves. Yoga is about movement and change; however, yoga doesn't change our lives, we do. Yoga is an opportunity to practice directing all of our attention to the activity in which we are engaged. Therefore yoga is a tool to become more fully present in every moment.
